1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HAVENORY website and services. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method. We may contact you to verify order information.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant HAVENORY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
