Where do you ship?
HAVENORY is being prepared for customers in the United States. Available destinations, rates, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders over $100. Any exclusions will be shown before payment.
How can I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, we will send the carrier and tracking link to the email used at checkout.
Returns
What is the return window?
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
